To transfer XHV use:

transfer address amount

Example: transfer hvx000000000000000000000000 100

To transfer xUSD use:

offshore_transfer address xusd_amount

Example: offshore_transfer hvx0000000000000000000000000 100

To transfer any other xAsset use:

xasset_transfer address asset amount
